Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most of our premium bedroom furniture, including:
- Beds and bed frames
- Bedside tables
- Chests of drawers
- Dressing tables
- Headboards
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Ship your return – Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to our warehouse address:

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
