Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury bedroom furniture purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligible Products
We accept returns and exchanges for most of our premium bedroom furniture within 15 days of delivery, including:
- Beds and bed frames
- Bedside tables
- Chests of drawers
- Dressing tables
- Headboards
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding items (mattresses, pillows, duvets, etc.) unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Ship your return – Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to: Beds And Accessories Sales

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email notification about receiving your returned item
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account
Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
